ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Because we begin processing orders quickly to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible, we’re usually unable to amend or cancel an order after it’s submitted. If you need help, just reach out to info@taylr.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer gift wrapping or premium packaging?

Yes! You can add gift packaging and luxe finishing touches at checkout to make your gift even more special.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by destination (UK, US, Europe, and other regions) and are calculated at checkout. For more details, please visit our Delivery Page.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can track your order.
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you’re unable to track your package after 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll get in touch with the shipping company.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your returns policy?

We want you to adore your jewellery - but if something isn’t quite right, you can return most items for a refund, exchange. For more information, please read more on our Returns Page.

Can I return a gift I received?

Yes, as long as the item is unworn and still in its original condition and packaging, you can return it via our standard process.

Do you have extended returns for the holiday season?

Yes - during Christmas our returns window is extended. Orders placed in late November and December can be returned into mid-January. Exact dates are listed on our Returns Policy page.

What about sale items?

Sale pieces are eligible for exchange only (not refund), unless otherwise noted in promotional terms.

Are personalised or engraved pieces refundable?

Personalised, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be returned once production has started, as they’re made especially for you.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

What warranty comes with my jewellery?

All our jewellery comes with a warranty covering manufacturing faults. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. For full details, read more on our Warranty page.

Can you repair a piece that’s out of warranty?

Yes, if your piece is beyond the warranty period, we can still help with repairs for a small fee. Send a photo and your order info to repairs@taylr.co.uk.

Refund details

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. We’re unable to process refunds to alternative payment methods.

My plated piece has faded is this covered?

Gold-plated jewellery will naturally wear with time and use - this is not covered under warranty. We do offer re-plating services at a charge depending on the item. Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more about our re-plating services.

DISCOUNTS & CODES

Why doesn’t my discount code work?
  • Codes only apply to regular-priced items
  • Some codes have minimum spend requirements
  • Only one code can be used per order
  • Expired codes cannot be applied to orders

PERSONALISATION & MADE-TO-ORDER

How long do personalised items take?

All custom and engraved jewellery is handcrafted and usually ships within up to 6 weeks. Once it’s dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Can I cancel or change a personalised order?

Because custom and engraved pieces are made especially for you, orders can’t be changed or cancelled once engraving or production has begun.

What characters can be engraved?

We support letters, numbers, punctuation, and a selected set of symbols available on each product page.

Can I get engraved pieces with expedited delivery?

Customised pieces generally follow standard production timing and cannot be rushed, even with express shipping selected.

PAYMENT METHODS & BUY-NOW, PAY-LATER

What payment options are available?

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with trusted third-party checkout options depending on your region.

Is “Buy Now, Pay Later” available?

Yes, you can choose flexible payment options such as Klarna at checkout, allowing you to spread the cost while receiving your jewellery straight away. Read more about this on our Klarna page.

What characters can be engraved?

We offer letters, numbers, punctuation, a curated selection of symbols, and refined font options, all available to choose from on each product page.

What metals do you use?

TAYLR pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted using premium materials such as gold vermeil, sterling silver, and lab-grown diamonds, carefully selected for their beauty, durability, and timeless appeal. Each design is made to be worn and cherished while maintaining its refined finish over time.

To preserve the quality of your jewellery, we recommend handling pieces with care, avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and storing them individually when not in use.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To preserve your pieces:

  • Avoid water, perfume, lotions and chemicals
  • Take jewellery off before exercising or sleeping
  • Store each piece separately in soft pouches
  • Use a jewellery cloth to gently polish and remove light tarnish
Why might my gemstone or piece look different from the photos?

Every gemstone and piece of metal is unique — slight variations in colour, texture, or sparkle are part of what makes each piece special.

Where should I store my jewellery?

Keep your jewellery in a dry, cool place, ideally in soft pouches or a lined jewellery box to prevent scratches and minimise oxidation.

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend using a printable ring sizing guide or measuring an existing ring that fits well. Remember fingers can vary in size throughout the day - measuring later in the day can help ensure a comfortable fit. You can find out more about how to measure at home on our Size Guide page.
