Promotions & discount codes

All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended if misused.

  • One discount may be applied per order

  • Discount codes cannot be combined

  • Certain items may be excluded, including gift cards, gift wrap, bundles, sale items, and selected accessories

  • Promotional exclusions apply to Black Friday and sitewide sales unless stated otherwise

Gift with purchase

Where a complimentary gift is offered as part of a promotion:

  • One free item is available per qualifying order

  • No cash alternative is available

  • Complimentary items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • If a qualifying item is returned, the complimentary gift must also be returned

  • If the complimentary gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund

  • Faulty complimentary items will be replaced, subject to stock availability

Stock availability

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund within 30 days.

Promotional stock is limited and subject to availability.

Cancellations & returns

Orders cannot be amended once placed. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Personalised and engraved items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless faulty.

Liability

Please inspect your items upon receipt and before wear. If a fault is identified, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.

Taxes & duties

Customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or import charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Warranty

All jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised or third-party repairs, or items that are lost or stolen.
