Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:
- Lost items or jewellery damaged as a result of accidents
- Natural wear and tear over time, including scratches, tarnishing after 12 months, or weakened or broken chains and clasps
- Damage caused by improper care, handling, or storage
- Items that have been altered, repaired, or modified by a third party
Each piece is crafted to be worn and loved, and we recommend following our care guidelines to help preserve its beauty and longevity.

We’re truly sorry to hear that something isn’t quite right with your piece. Our team is here to help and will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly and thoughtfully.
Please email repairs@taylr.co.uk with the following details so we can review your request:
- A clear photograph of the item showing the issue
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The name of the original purchaser (if the piece was received as a gift)
Once we’ve received this information, our team will carefully assess the details and be in touch with the next steps and the best possible solution.
Even if your piece is no longer within our one year warranty period, we may still be able to assist with repairs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and our team will be happy to guide you through the available options.
Gold-plated jewellery will naturally soften or fade over time. How often a piece is worn and how it is cared for can influence how quickly this occurs. Re-plating is not covered under our warranty after 12 months; however, we do offer a paid re-plating service, along with complimentary polishing on selected styles.
