We ship all UK orders with Royal Mail, offering reliable tracked and express services depending on your needs.
Royal Mail Tracked 24® is ideal when tracking is required for urgent items, aiming for next-day delivery and fully tracked, at £3.95. For next-day or express shipping, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®, which delivers by 1pm on the next working day*, is fully tracked and insured, and costs £8.75.
*Orders must be placed before our dispatch cut-off time on a working day.
Orders to Europe are shipped via Royal Mail International, offering reliable tracked delivery.
Shipping cost is £15, with delivery typically taking 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination.
Please note that customs duties and local taxes may be applied to some European orders. Where incurred, these charges are set by the destination country and are not covered by TAYLR.
We offer two delivery options for orders shipping to the United States.
Our express service is handled by UPS, with delivery usually within 1–3 working days from dispatch. Shipping is £19, providing a fast and secure option for time-sensitive orders.
For a more considered pace, we also offer Royal Mail International shipping, with delivery typically taking 9–11 working days, at a cost of £12.
Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes once they reach the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and, where incurred, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by TAYLR.
Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your TAYLR piece, but if you decide it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer free returns on eligible items. To begin a return, please email us at returns@taylr.co.uk, and our team will provide you with a pre-paid returns label along with the next steps.
Please note that returns are accepted on ready-to-wear jewellery only. Due to the personalised nature of made-to-order and personalised pieces, these items are not eligible for return or cancellation, unless they are faulty.
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the parcel being received back with us.
